BOTOX® Cosmetic Treatments, Surgery Schedule Coordinator

Lisa received an Associate Degree of Nursing from El Centro College in 1998. She was certified by The American Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas in January 1999. She is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses.

Prior to receiving her nursing degree, Lisa had 9 years experience working for another Plastic Surgery practice in Dallas. Since joining our practice in 1999, Lisa has become a crucial part of our quality patient care.

As the popularity of BOTOX® Cosmetic has grown over the past few years, most of Lisa’s time has become dedicated to performing BOTOX® Cosmetic treatments for the reduction of wrinkles of the forehead and smile lines around the eyes. Her appointment schedule allows patients to come in for treatments Tuesday through Friday.

Lisa also serves as our Surgery Scheduling Coordinator and works diligently to provide the most efficient use of Dr. Bloom’s surgical time and expertise. Having worked in our surgery center as one of our recovery nurses, Lisa has first hand experience with all of our surgical procedures. She is committed to continuing education in the latest surgical procedures and new technologies and treatments. She is happy to answer any questions our patients may have about their surgical procedures or medical spa treatments.

We are very proud to have someone of Lisa’s caliber as part of our team. Her BOTOX® Cosmetic patients are happy with the consistent, unparalleled results they achieve from their treatments, and surgery patients feel comfortable knowing that Lisa is overseeing their pre-operative care.

Sherry Hasty, RN
Restylane® Injectable Filler, Fraxel™ Resurfacing Laser, Photolight Intense Pulse Light Treatments for Facial Rejuvenation and Hair Removal, Thermage® Treatments

Sherry is a native of San Angelo, Texas where she received her Associate in Applied Science Nursing degree from Angelo State University in 1999. There she served as President of the Nurses Association.

Prior to joining our practice in 2002, Sherry had five years of experience working in a Dermatology practice and a Medical Spa. Her experience there included hair removal treatments using Ruby Lasers and Intense Pulse Light machines, Photofacials using the IPL machine, and removing vascular and pigmented lesion with a Doilite laser.

As a Registered Nurse in our Medical Spa, Sherry performs Fraxel™ Resurfacing Treatments to improve the texture of the skin and remove brown spots caused by the sun and aging.She also performs Thermage® Treatments for skin tightening, and IPL treatments for treating broken capillaries, brown spots, and hair removal.

Sherry is proud to offer the FDA approved dermal filler, Restylane® for patients desiring an immediate treatment for facial wrinkles or to enhance their lips. No skin tests are required, as Restylane® is a natural substance.

Sherry is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses. Her extensive training and experience make her a leader in her field as well as a valuable asset to our practice, and our patients find Sherry to be friendly, calm, and confident during their visits.

Julie Garcia, CMA
Skin Care Specialist

Julie is a Certified Medical Assistant with years of experience in the medical field. Julie performs Microdermabrasion treatments and the popular BioMedic Micropeel and Micropeel Plus treatments for skin rejuvenation. These are gentle, yet effective treatments to help restore a youthful, more even tone and texture to the skin.

Julie also performs our Velasmooth treatments to help reduce the signs of cellulite. This treatment is relaxing and stimulating and has become one of our most sought after treatments for patients with cellulite problems. Julie's techniques and friendly, professional personality provide our patients with a time for relaxation while receiving their treatments.

Julie may also be found in our front office assisting patients who have questions about skin care or surgical procedures. Julie is one of our staff members who always has a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone!

She is married and has 2 sons who keep her really busy.
